The Riverside Picnic Pavilion offers a screened-in area perfect for a family reunion or just a quiet evening meal. The pavilion’s fireplace allows for year round use. Horseshoe pits, basketball court, and fire rings around the Pavilion will provide your family and guests with ample entertainment and fun.
River activities & sports:
The Green River plays host to many recreational options such as fly-fishing, swimming, camping, and canoeing. An on-site canoe and tubing launch allows residents to take a relaxing float downstream- taking in all the beautiful scenery, wildlife, and unique plants the Green River offers.Hiking & Walking Trails:
Construction has already begun on the walking trails. More will be built throughout the community with benches and viewing stations so everyone can enjoy Contuck’s amazing viewscapes. On the trails along the river, several rustic campsites and fishing spots will be constructed to maximize your enjoyment of the Preserve’s ¾ of a mile along the Green River.Gated Entrance:
A beautiful stone and wood entry gate will greet you along with a wonderful water feature that will help provide a piece of mind for our homeowners. The key pad and remote controlled entry system will provide significant security and help connect the whole community while giving residents and guests the sense they are entering into a private retreat.Landscaping:
